WELCOME!

Welcome to Bwima Institute of Health and Allied Sciences (BWIHAS) formerly Victoria Institute of Health and Allied Sciences (VIHAS). The Institute, established since 2015, is located in Ilemela Municipality, Kabangaja Street, Mwanza Region. It is fully registered and  accreditated by NACTVET with Registration number HAS/151 and recognised by the Ministry of Health.

 We currently offer Clinical Medicine, Diagnostic Radiography, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Social Work at the level of Technician Certificate and Ordinary Diploma.

In the very near future the institute has plans to expand the scope of training to other programmes including Nursing and Midwifery, Medical laboratory and Community Development.

We ensure that our graduates are equiped with the necessary knowledge and skills and that they are competitive in the East African health Industry market.
