On-Campus Hostel Accommodation
Basic hostel rooms are available on campus for students who
require them. Please note that these rooms are furnished with bed frames only;
mattresses, bedding, and other personal amenities are not provided. The hostels
offer access to electricity, running water, and shared toilet facilities, which
are maintained for cleanliness. Please be advised that securing an on-campus
hostel room is not guaranteed or mandatory for all students.
Off-Campus Housing
Under the Office of Dean of students, there are students who can be granted alternative arrangements, onwhich there are numerous private rental options available in the neighborhoods surrounding the campus. This off-campus accommodation can provide greater flexibility and variety in terms of price,amenities, and living style.

Cafeteria Services
The campus cafeteria provides a varied and nutritious menu
for the university community. Meals can be paid for directly with cash, or
through institutional billing for authorized staff and faculty. We operate
under strict food safety and hygiene protocols, with all guidelines clearly
communicated to ensure the health and welfare of our students is always the top
priority.
Students have the outdoor and indoor eating options from different food vendors who sell a variety of food on their menus: Food ranged from the much loved chips-mayai (zege) to matoke, makande, pilau e.t.c.

Spiritual Life
The Office of the Dean of Students coordinates a range of free religious activities and supports for the spiritual well-being of our student community. Students of all faiths are welcome to participate in these organized events. In addition to the dedicated interfaith spaces provided on campus for prayer and gatherings, there are several accessible churches and mosques located in the immediate vicinity of the campus for your convenience.

Sport & Recreation
The institute promotes an active student life through a diverse sports program. We offer facilities and organized play for popular team sports including volleyball, netball, and football, alongside a variety of indoor games. Students can compete in inter-faculty tournaments and represent the university in inter-college competitions. Excellence in sports is recognized through awards presented to our top-performing student-athletes.

Medical
& Hospital Services
The institute prioritizes student health and well-being. We
facilitate access to medical care through partnered local health centers and
regional hospitals for all necessary treatment. All students are encouraged to
seek medical attention promptly when needed.
To ensure effective and affordable care, the following
procedures are mandatory:
l Health
Insurance Requirement: Possession of a valid National Health Insurance Fund
(NHIF) membership is compulsory for every student. This is essential for
accessing medical services.
l Medical
Documentation: A completed and signed medical history form must be
submitted to the institute upon registration. It is crucial that students
disclose any long-term illnesses, ongoing treatments, or known allergies.
Emergency Protocols: Clear protocols for reporting illness and visiting health facilities are established and communicated to all students. The School Warden must be informed of any significant health issues to provide appropriate support.
